Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you decided to cancel your purchase I will be happy to refund your money. However, before you receive your refund:

Item must be received by me the seller.

Buyer pays the shipping cost to return the item.

The product should be brand new and candles should not have been burned or melted.

FOURTEEN (14) days after the buyer receives the product(s) NO refunds or returns will be accepted. In order to process your refund, I must receive your product on or before day fourteen (14) which will begin the refund process on day fifteen (15).
