​How Do I Place An Order?

To place an order:

• Email: colleenscandlecreations@gmail.com for candles

  Include the name of item and quantity you would like to buy.

• I will email you an invoice

• Payment and Shipping​

• Once you receive the invoice pay me through Paypal using this link: coo1ogilvie@gmail.com​

• The item of your choice will be mailed to you 3 days after payment is received in my Paypal account.

• Shipping should take 3-5days

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you decided to cancel your purchase I will be happy to refund your money. However, before you receive your refund:

• Item must be received by me the seller.

• Buyer pays the shipping cost to return the item.

• The product should be brand new and candles should not have been burned or melted.

• FOURTEEN (14) days after the buyer receives the product(s) NO refunds or returns will be accepted. In order to process your refund, I must receive your product on or before day fourteen (14) which will begin the refund process on day fifteen (15).

• All refunds will be processed through Paypal.
